Mango Lassi

Ingredients
  • 3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 oz pistachios, ground
Instructions:
  1. In a pitcher, combine the yogurt, milk, water, pulp, and sugar.
  2. Whisk briskly until completely mixed. Chill.
  3. To serve, pour over crushed ice. Sprinkle the ground pistachios over the top. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
