Light Russian Salad

Ingredients:

  • Potato – 3 to 4 (boiled)
  • Carrot – 2
  • Peas – 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise – 1 cup
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon – 1 (juice)
  • Sugar – 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar to taste

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes and carrot cut in pieces.
  2. In a large bowl put potatoes, carrot and peas.
  3. Put mayonnaise, black pepper, sugar, salt and vinegar mix well.
  4. Ready to serve.
