  • 3 kg carrots
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 300 gm sugar
  • Half tsp Cardamom
  • 50 Mile liter Milk
  • 250 gm Khoya

Directions

Peel and grate the carrots, take a pan and add these carrots and cook them, let the water dry.Now add cooking oil and stir it.Now add sugar, cardamom powder, milk and continue stirring and simmer it for 4-5 minutes.Now add khoya and stir it well.Your Yummy Gajar ka Halwa is ready to serve.
