Ingredients

  • 1 kg Sugar
  • 3 cup Maida
  • 1 pinch sour salt
  • 1 pinch bleaching powder
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • Red color 1 pinch
  • Oil (as required)
  • Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Warm water (as required)

Jalebi Recipe

Directions

First of all, add water & sugar in a bowl then cook for a while. Now add cardamom powder, milk, keep removing the foam. Then add Sour Salt (Tatri), & prepare a syrup. Add bleaching powder in water then put this water into Maida, mix well with your hands.Add some red food color then mix by adding some baking soda. put the mixture into cone shaped plastic sheet then squeeze it into hot oil by making round shaped jalebi. Fry until jalebies changed into reddish brown. Jalebies are ready to serve.
