Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 600g Chicken
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 3 Green chilies
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 5 Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp Kalonji
- 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
- 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1/2 cup Stock
- 5g Green Coriander
- 1 tbsp Butter
Directions
In a pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté. Now, add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now, add salt, red chili powder, green chili, yogurt, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and cook for a while. Now, add tomato paste, kalonji, kasuri methi, fennel seeds, mustard seeds and simmer for 4-5 minutes.Now, add cream, stock, green coriander, butter and cook for a while.Your tasty Madrasi Handi is ready to serve.Cooking Time: 40 minutes.
