Ingredients
- Chicken boneless (julienne cutting) 500g
- Ghee half cup
- Onion half
- Whole Cumin 1 tbsp
- Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt as per taste
- Sonth Powder 1 tsp
- Green Chili (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Javitri Powder 1 tsp
- Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
- White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Hot Spices Powder 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Green Coriander, Ginger for garnishing
Directions
In a pan, add cooking oil, onion, whole cumin, ginger and fry it but don’t let it get brown.Now add yogurt ¼ cup, salt, sonth powder, green chili, javitri powder, cardamom powder, white pepper powder, cumin powder, hot spice powder, lemon juice and cook it for 3-4 minutes.After that add chicken and steam it for 2-3 minutes.Now add yogurt ¼ cup and cook it for 2-3 minutes.Use green coriander, ginger for garnishing.Your tasty Chicken Ginger is ready to serve.
