Ingredients:
- Imli (Tamarind) – 125 grams
- Warm water – 1 cup
- Black salt – 1 pinch
- Groud white pepper – 1 tbsp
- Dried garlic – 2 tbsp
- Chilli powder ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Make a thick juice from imli (tamarind) and add 1 cup of warm water in it. Add ground white pepper, black salt, dried garlic, and red chilli in it.
- Add some salt and cook this mixture for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Imli chatni (tamarind dip) is ready to serve. Can be enjoyed with burger and many more things.
