Imli Ki Chatni - Tamarind Dip

Ingredients:

  • Imli (Tamarind) – 125 grams
  • Warm water – 1 cup
  • Black salt – 1 pinch
  • Groud white pepper – 1 tbsp
  • Dried garlic – 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder ½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make a thick juice from imli (tamarind) and add 1 cup of warm water in it. Add ground white pepper, black salt, dried garlic, and red chilli in it.
  2. Add some salt and cook this mixture for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Imli chatni (tamarind dip) is ready to serve. Can be enjoyed with burger and many more things.
