Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Chicken Salad
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Jalapeno Pepper
  • 4 (10 inch) Flour Tortillas
  • 1/3 cup Guacamole
  • 8 slices American Cheese
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced, seeded Tomato
  • 1 cup Salsa
Preparation:
  1. Add chicken salad and jalapeno pepper to medium bowl.
  2. Spread guacamole on tortillas.
  3. Top guacamole with two slices of cheese and lettuce.
  4. Spoon chicken salad over lettuce.
  5. Sprinkle with diced tomato.
  6. Roll tortillas up, and slice crosswise diagonally.
Note:
  • Remove the seeds of Jalapeno pepper. Substitute serrano or habanero peppers if necessary or desired.
  • Homemade salsa makes this sandwich all the more refreshing.
